1.How to embed a free nestchat to my website?
A: Register to be a member of nestchat, then you will get some HTML or Javascript code, copy either HTML or Javascript code to your webpage, browse your webpage and the chat will be there.
2.How to set or manage my nestchat?
A: You can set your chat fully with nestchat console. With the console, you can manage everything about your chat such as users, rooms, systems, resources, functions, messages.
3.Where is the console? I can't find it out.
A: There are several places to access nestchat console.

2)You can click "CONSOLE DEMO" link in the webpage http://www.nestchat.com/demo
3)You can click "Manage all rooms" link in the webpage http://www.nestchat.com/room/myroom
Please enter the console with the account what you have registered to nestchat.
4.Why isn't it available after console setting?
A: Please clear the temporary files or cach of your internet browser and refresh the chat web page after you do some settings in the console. To IE browser, please click "Tool Menu" -> "Internet Options" -> "Common Tab" -> "Temporary Files" -> "Delete" , while to Firefox browser, please click "Tool Menu" -> "Clear Private Data" -> "Cache" and clear it.
5.How to set my chat room such as room title, room logo and room description?
A: Please enter console and click tree node "Room" -> "Set Room", you can add, delete and modify a room with room title, logo, description and so on.
6.How to set the wallpaper?
A: Please enter console and click tree node "Resource" -> "Background", you can upload an image to add a wallpaper, you can also delete or modify a wallpaper with its name.
7.How to set the image advertisement on the up-right place in my chat room?
A: Please enter console, click tree node "Resource" -> "Advertisement", click "Browse" button to select a picture or flash swf file and upload it. You can the click link to this image advertisement by setting its "link url".
8.How to set the chat logo on the bottom-left place in my chat room?
A: It's like to image advertisement setting. Enter "Console" -> "Resource" -> "Logo", then upload a logo and set it's link.
9.Can nestchat support another language except English? And how to set the language?
A: Yes, nestchat supports over 23 main languages in the world. Enter "Console" -> "Resource" -> "Language", select one language from the combo box and tick "set as default language", then modify "value" as what you want to each "variable", submit it at last.
10.How to hide some functions? For example, I don't want my users to check history message, but how to do?
A: Please enter console, click tree node "System" -> "Display", tick off "view history button visible" in "tool" tab. Same to all other settings.
11.How to set MP3 or flv movies to media player?
A: Please enter console, click tree node "Function" -> "Media Play", then add, delete or modify a media file, it's only available to flv and mp3 files to nestchat media player.
12.Why can't set the FMS bandwidth?
A: There are some restrictions to nestchat free version, and the FMS bandwidth can not be set to it. You can upgrade to nestchat hosting or professional version to set it.
13.Can I monitor all the messages in my chat room?
A: Yes, you can monitor all the messages including public, whipser and private messages in your chat room by "Console" -> "Message" -> "Room Message" -> "select a room".
14.How to search or export the history messages?
A: To search history message, please visit by "Console" -> "Message" -> "History Message", set the options to search the history messages.
B: To export history message, please visit by "Console" -> "Message" -> "Export Message", select a date and export the history messages.
